The period starts only after your payment is verified and Bookwy staff confirm that the named operator can access your store.
Do I give Bookwy my eBay password?+
No. Never send us your password, 2FA code, session cookie or backup codes. You grant a named Bookwy operator access using eBay’s own access controls.
Can Bookwy cancel an order or issue a refund without me?+
Only if you explicitly allow that action in your onboarding instructions. You also set the maximum refund that can be handled without asking; higher amounts wait for your confirmation.
Is this a monthly subscription?+
No. Each package is a one-time payment for one 30-day management period. At the end, you decide whether to renew for another period.
What happens at the end of the period?+
Management stops at the stated end date. Your completed page summarizes orders, shipments, messages, issues and recorded financial figures, and can be printed or saved as a report.
Does Bookwy guarantee more sales?+
No. The service handles daily operations under your instructions. Sales, profit, search position and marketplace account standing cannot be guaranteed.
