These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Bookwy website, BookwyDrop browser extension and Bookwy back office (together, the “Service”). By creating an account, connecting the extension or purchasing a service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. The Service
Bookwy provides tools and optional managed services for online selling and dropshipping operations. Features may help import product information, prepare listings, calculate prices, manage orders, communicate with buyers and synchronize tracking. You remain responsible for reviewing every listing, transaction and fulfilment action.
2. Accounts and security
- Provide accurate account information and keep passwords and API keys confidential.
- Activity performed with your credentials is treated as authorized by you.
- Revoke an API key immediately if you believe it has been compromised.
- You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction.
3. Marketplace and supplier compliance
You are responsible for complying with the rules and applicable laws of every marketplace, store platform and supplier you use, including requirements concerning dropshipping, intellectual property, product safety, listing accuracy, taxes and buyer communication.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive or infringing activity.
- Do not disrupt, reverse-engineer or seek unauthorized access to the Service or another user’s data.
- Only process customer personal data when needed for legitimate order fulfilment and support.
5. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans and managed services are charged at the price and frequency shown before checkout. Recurring subscriptions continue until cancelled. Cancellation stops future renewals according to the current billing period. Payments already made are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise.
6. Availability and third-party services
We aim to keep the Service available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. Marketplace, supplier and payment services are operated by third parties and may change without notice. We may update, restrict or discontinue features when necessary.
7. No warranty
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bookwy is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, including lost profit, revenue, data or goodwill. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount paid for the Service during the three months before the claim.
9. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access following a breach of these Terms, misuse, non-payment or a security risk. Your right to use the Service ends on termination.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. The current version and revision date will remain available on this page.
